Pursuant to the last order dated March 31, 2026, the matter has appeared in the list as ‘To Be Mentioned’. 2. I have heard the submission made on behalf of the petitioner on the issue of imposition of costs for gross abuse of the process of law. 3. It has been submitted that the petitioner is an unemployed youth and that it would be absolutely impossible for him to pay the costs, if imposed. 4. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has an ailing brother and a handicapped uncle who the petitioner has to take care of. 5. Prayer has been made not to impose any costs. The petitioner also seeks to withdraw the writ petition. 6. As the Court has spent considerable amount of time in hearing the parties, the Court is not granting any permission to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed. 7. On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner, costs are not imposed. A caution is given to the petitioner not to approach the Court in future by abusing the process of law. 8. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. 9.
