It is seen from the records that petitioner is a third party to the suit and he filed impleading application in I.A.No.8 of 2024 . 4. A perusal of the petition and order in I.A.No.8 of 2024 filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that counter of the respondents were filed as early as 16.12.2024 and thereafter, the IA was simply adjourned for enquiry for more than a year. 5.
