For Petitioners: Mr.R.Logkeshwarsan For Respondent(s): Ms.J.R.Archana Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER Earlier, the trial Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein in Crl.M.P.No.143 of 2026 vide order dated 23.01.2026, wherein, the relevant Para No.5(8) which reads as follows:- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No. 3040 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 “that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm for thirty days from the date of release on bail”. After complying the above said condition for some period, as ordered by the trial Court, the petitioners have come forward with the present petition seeking modification of the said condition. 2.I have also gone through the allegations made in the FIR and other connected materials.
