The present criminal transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 02.12.2025 (Annexure-5) passed by the learned District Judge, Tonk, vide which the application filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of the case from the learned A.C.J.M. Court, Uniyara to any other similar Court under jurisdiction of the District Tonk, has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of regular change in lawyers practicing at Uniyara, the petitioner is apprehensive that he will not get a fair and impartial trial and hence, the said transfer application was filed. 3. Vide order dated 02.12.2025, the transfer application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the learned District Judge, Tonk, wherein justifiable and adequate reasons have been assigned, which do not call for any interference whatsoever by this Court. 5. Further, the petitioner has failed to make out and justify any of the grounds as provided under Section 447 of BNSS, 2023 for seeking transfer of a case, in absence of which, the said application was rightly dismissed vide order dated 02.12.2025. 6. Consequently, the present criminal transfer petition is dismissed being bereft of merits. 7. Pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. (ANUROOP SINGHI),J VINAY /2
