The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents Nos. 2 to 4 in not considering the petitioner's representations dated 22.06.2026 and 05.02.2026 relating to survey No. 242 / 10, Muddanapalli Revenue Village, Santhipuram Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents Nos. 2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the said representations in accordance with law, within such time as may be stipulated by this Court and pass…”
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record a copy of written instructions of the respondent No. 4 vide Roc. A / 166 / 2026, dated 10.07.2026, wherein it was mentioned that the representations of the petitioner were disposed vide letter No. 201 / 2025, dated 20.04.2026, a copy of which was enclosed to the written instructions. He further submitted that the endorsement was communicated to the husband of the petitioner i.e., Eswarachari, through WhatsApp on his mobile phone.
3. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said endorsement dated 20.04.2026, as per law.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty as prayed for.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
