In this regard, petitioner has made a representation to Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Secretary, MDDA be directed to take decision on that representation. (3) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to Secretary, MDDA to examine the issue raised by the petitioner and take decision, as per law, on her representation within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It goes without saying that person, who is demolishing his house, shall also be heard before taking any decision in the matter.
