This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner, namely- Jalu Ali has prayed for releasing him on regular bail as he is facing trial in Sessions Case No.62/2022 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Baksa. 3. This is a case under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and the victim girl is yet to be examined. 4. Let the trial court examine the victim girl.
