This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 656 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(2) of B.N.S. 3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 26.11.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 60421 of 2025, and the present bail application has been preferred by the petitioner within six months. 4. In the opinion of this Court, this application is premature, as successive bail applications cannot be entertained by this Court within a few months of earlier rejection. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
