The suit was decreed. E.P.No.11 of 2014 was filed by the decree holder against the petitioner's mother, sister and the petitioner. An order of attachment of the immovable property was issued on 18.01.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner states that the entire decretal amount was paid to the decree holder and E.P.No.11 of 2014 was terminated. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the order of the executing Court recording full satisfaction and contended that in spite of the same, the petitioner's request to register the sale deed was declined. 3. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the sole respondent. 4. The petitioner has placed on record order dated 05.03.2021 in E.P.No.11 of 2014. Said order records categorically that the entire amount due and payable under the decree had been paid and that full satisfaction was being recorded. On examining the impugned refusal check slip, it is noticeable that the only ground for refusal is order of attachment. Taking note of the termination of the execution petition on account of full satisfaction, the impugned refusal check slip cannot be sustained and is hereby set aside. 6. Consequently, the petitioner is permitted to re-present the sale deed dated 10.11.2025. Within two weeks of such re- presentation, subject to fulfillment of other requirements relating to registration, the registering officer shall register the document. 7. This writ petition is disposed of on the above terms.
