The petitioner has filed this petition for quashing of FIR No. 64/2023 dated 24.02.2023 registered at Police Station Rani Bagh, Outer District, Delhi, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. The contention of the petitioner is that the dispute has been settled between the petitioner and the State Bank of India, which is the complainant–respondent No. 2 herein. Ltd. & Anr. v. John Doe & Ors.]. The filing is evidently made without due care and is a complete waste of the time of the Registry and the Court. 3. Mr. Neeraj Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with the correct documents. 4.
