under a registered sale deed dated 22.11.2022. On application of the petitioner, land was converted for non-agricultural purpose by the competent authorities vide order dated
23.02.2024. Respondent Nos.5 to 7, without any right or title over the subject land and without obtaining necessary permissions, have been forming an unauthorized layout styled as “PRESTIGE” by including her land in Survey No.754-B. Though she brought the illegal activity to the notice of the concerned authorities through representations dated 04.05.2026 and 22.06.2026, no effective action was taken. The petitioner contends that the inaction of Respondent No.2 in preventing the unauthorized layout activity is illegal and arbitrary. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she submitted representations to the respondent authorities regarding the unauthorized layout activity allegedly undertaken by the unofficial respondents, no orders have been passed thereon till date. 5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
