The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though in terms of office order dated 23.01.2026 (Annexure P-1), the petitioner has been transferred to Una, District Una, H.P., however, the petitioner is not being relieved by the Authorities from his present place of posting so as to enable him to join at the said station. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:4463 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has instructions to state that the petitioner shall be relieved within three days to enable him to join at Una, District Una, H.P.. His statement is taken on record. 4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the Authorities shall relieve the petitioner so as to enable him to join at Una, District Una, H.P., latest by 02.03.2026, failing which, the petitioner shall be deemed to have been relieved and he shall be at liberty to join at Una, District Una, H.P., without waiting for any formal relieving order from the Authorities.
