Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Gajendra Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner has challenged a notice issued by Revenue Inspector (Sadar), Dehradun on 05.06.2026, which is on record as Annexure 8 to the writ petition. By the said notice, petitioner was asked to remove her construction raised over Khasra No. 265/1, failing which construction shall be demolished by use of force. 4. Petitioner submits that there is an order of status quo passed by coordinate Bench in Second Appeal No. 125 of 2017, therefore, the Revenue Inspector has no authority to issue such notice to the petitioner. 5. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that petitioner has challenged a notice, and it is not an order of demolition, therefore, he submits that whatever petitioner has to say, can be said before the authority, issuing notice. 6. This Court finds substance in the submission raised by learned State Counsel. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to give reply to the notice. It shall be open to her to raise all contentions in the 2026:UHC:4864 reply, which shall be submitted within ten days from today. For a period of four weeks or till decision is taken by the Competent Authority after receiving notice, whichever is earlier, status quo as regards to construction raised by petitioner shall be maintained. In case, petitioner fails to submit reply within ten days, then she shall not be entitled to any protection of this order.
