JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA O R D E R 25.05.2026 Heard Mr. S. Islam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam as well as Mr. A.N. Iqbal, the learned counsel appearing for the informant. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner, namely- Tamijur Rahman @ Tomijur Rahman has prayed for regular bail in respect of Dhula P.S. Case No.39/2026, under Sections 117(2)/118(2)/191(3)/3(5) of BNS. 3. On 25.02.2025, the petitioner attacked an H.S. Final Examination girl student with a sharp weapon. As a result of which, her food pipe was cut. Mr. Iqbal has submitted that the girl is still living but she is unable to take food. According to Mr. Iqbal, she is living on intravenous feeding. 4. The Case Diary is full of incriminating materials against the present petitioner. 5. The bail application of the petitioner is dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
