Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs; “(i) of That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct for consideration of claim time bound pay scale as per recommendation in Annexure P/3 within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted in the interest of justice..” 2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are holding the post of AG-III since to their appointment in the year 2014. Petitioners as of now has completed 12 years of service, however, they could not be promoted and have not been granted First Time Pay Scale according to the circular issued by the State Government time to time, in this regard. The respondent authorities have not granted first time pay scale to the petitioner and therefore, petitioners have submitted representation before respondent No. 2 on 16.02.2026 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the respondent-State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. He however submits that according to the documents available on record, petitioners have not submitted representation before the authorities. 3 4. At this stage, counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners may be permitted to submit fresh representation before concerned authorities and direction be issued to the concerned authorities to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioners, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 5. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit comprehensive representation along with all supporting documents before respondent No. 2 and if such a representation is submitted the concerned authority shall take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within further period of three months from the date of receipt of the Order. 6.
