When the petitioner seeks disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2025, the certified copy of the petition and order in I.A.No.3 of 2025 shall be filed. Instead, the petitioner filed a petition seeking to dispense with production of the plaint and petition in I.A.No.3 of 2025.
