Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to order respondents to pay 25% non practicing allowance from 13.05.2021 as from that date is petitioner is BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 working as District Immunization Officer in the office of Chief Medical & Health Officer Office, Durg. 10.2) That, cost of litigation and any other relief which the Hon’ble Court deems fit may kindly also be allowed.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding the post of Child Specialist. She has submitted an application for grant of non-practicing allowance along with arrears. Application submitted by petitioner before respondent No.3 is forwarded to the respondent No.2, competent authority on 10.08.2022, however, since then no decision has been taken/order has been passed by respondent No.2, therefore, at this stage, direction be issued to respondent No.2 to take decision on the letter of respondent No.3 dated 10.08.2022 at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on the letter forwarded by respondent No.3 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
