Petitioner’s counsel submits that District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar be directed to take decision on the application at an early date. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with request to the District Magistrate concerned to consider petitioner’s application and pass appropriate order, one way or the other, within six months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
