Ms. U Das, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 14. 2. The petitioner herein has challenged the term of Clause (a). of the Model Form of Notice Inviting Tender for request of proposal vide letter dated 16.07.2021 on the ground that the said term is restrictive. It is relevant to take note of that the said request for proposal was in respect of inviting experienced and registered Agencies to partner with the Government of Assam to manage Page No.# 4/4 the One Stop Centre in the district of Lakhimpur, Assam pursuant to the filing of the present writ petition. 3. The learned Coordinate Bench of this Court vide the order dated 04.09.2021 issued notice, but there was no stay granted. 4. In the meantime, an affidavit has been filed by the respondents stating inter alia that the Notice Inviting Tender is based upon the implementation guidelines of the One Stop Centre Scheme announced by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India in the month of December, 2017. 5. It is also brought to the attention of this Court that in the meantime, on the basis of the said request for proposals, appropriate partners have already been chosen to partner with the Government to manage the One Stop Centre in the various districts of Assam. 6. It is also seen that none of the partners who have been selected have been made a party to the instant writ proceedings. 7. Under such circumstances, the instant writ petition cannot be proceeded with, for which, the writ petition stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
