According to petitioner, he had made a complaint to Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India/respondent no. 1 against repudiation of his insurance claim. According to petitioner, his complaint is not being registered, therefore, he has approached this Court, seeking the following reliefs:- (i) Pass appropriate compensation in favour of Petitioner and against the Respondents. (ii) Pass appropriate directions to Insurance Company in view of representation dated 12.05.2026 made by the Petitioner to the Respondent no. 1 & 2. (iii) Directing the Respondent no. 1 & 2 to dispose of the Representation of Petition in time bound manner and provide physical hearing to him. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation on 12.05.2026 to respondent no. 1, who may be directed to take decision thereupon. 5. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 submits that he has no 2026:UHC:4895 objection if the petition is disposed of in terms of prayer made by petitioner’s counsel. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 1 to take decision on representation dated 12.05.2026 submitted by petitioner, as per law, within ten weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
