Baruah, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 1; and Mr. T.R. Gogoi, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos. 4, 7 – 9. 2. This application, under Order XXII Rule 4 of the CPC, is preferred by the applicant for substitution of the name of the legal heirs of the respondent No. 1 in RFA No. 03/2024. 3. Mr. Laskar submits that there is no delay in filing this application and as such, this interlocutory application may be allowed, who suffered demise during the pendency of the said RFA. Page No.# 3/3 4. Mr. Baruah and Mr. Gogoi submit that they have no objection. 5. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed. 6. The name of the legal heirs of the respondent No. 1 be substituted in place of the respondent No. 1 in RFA No. 03/2024. 7.
