This is an application filed by the respondent no.1 under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking further direction qua the proceedings in Suit bearing TM No. 35/2016. The prayers made under the present application are as under:- “(i) That the petitioner no.1 be called upon personally to explain his contemptuous conduct and pay suitable costs to the Respondent No.1/Plaintiff in the Suit. (ii) For re-scheduling the date of further proceeding in Suit from the stage of framing of issues.” 2. Once the Court has passed the final orders disposing of the petition, an application of this nature cannot be entertained. However, on the submissions made by Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.1, the learned Trial Court is directed to reschedule the proceedings in its own convenient manner without reference to this Court, suitably on the broad terms as directed vide order dated 08.01.2026 by this Court. 3.
