Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 7 months and other accused persons in the present case have been granted bail. Learned advocate also submits that charge-sheet has been submitted and charges have already been framed.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there has not only been recovery of 30.925 kgs. of ganja from the possession of the present petitioner but also fire arms were recovered. Additionally, it has been submitted that petitioner is not similarly situated as the other accused persons who have been granted bail as the recovery was effected from the present petitioner himself.

Considering the locus of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 331 of 2026 is dismissed.
