At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against his termination order dated 26.09.2025, the petitioner preferred an appeal on 07.10.2025 before the Appellate Authority and same is pending. He submits that more than six months have already been passed, but till date no order has been passed on the appeal filed by the petitioner. He submits that at least, Appellate Authority may be directed to decide the petitioner’s appeal expeditiously, within a time bound period. [2026:RJ-JP:19515] (2 of 2) [CW-8096/2026] 2. In view of above, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this petition with the direction to the Appellate Authority to consider and decide the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to say that Appellate Authority shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before arriving on any conclusion. 3.
