The grievance of the petitioner is directed towards the impugned endorsement at Annexure-F issued by respondent No.1-Joint Director of Land Records, declining to entertain the application for phodi and durasth on the ground that there is a suit filed by one K.S.Danappa in O.S.No.134/2022 on the file of the Civil Court at Molakalmuru. 3. This Court, in several such cases has directed the revenue authorities or survey settlement authorities not to pass any orders which would prejudice the case of any of the parties before the Civil Court. In that view of the matter, this Court - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8995 WP No. 3924 of 2026 does not find any infirmity in the impugned endorsement issued by respondent No.1-Joint Director of Land Records. The petitioner will have to await the outcome of the suit filed against the petitioner in O.S.No.134/2022. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
