At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that father of the petitioner, namely Tikeshwar Prasad Yadav, 2 was working on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III and died in harness on 18.04.2015. He would further submit that at the time of death of his father, the petitioner was a minor and after attaining the age of majority, the petitioner submitted an application for grant of compassionate appointment; however, the same has neither been considered nor decided by the respondent authorities till date. He would also submit that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the petitioner’s application for compassionate appointment in accordance with law, expeditiously. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 4 & 5 would oppose the submission made by counsel for the petitioner and submit that the petitioner has never submitted any application for grant of compassionate appointment; therefore, no decision has been taken so far. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on file. 4. Taking into consideration the dispute involved in the present case, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation within a period of 30 days, for grant of compassionate appointment before respondent No. 4 and in turn, respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and decide the same within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. 5.
