NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed by the plaintiffs under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the trial court to dispose of the applications filed by the plaintiffs under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14948 WP No. 1071 of 2026 2. The plaintiffs have filed a suit in O.S.No.7/2026 for injunction. Along with the plaint, they have filed I.A. Nos.1 to 3 under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of CPC. The trial Court refused to grant an ex-parte order of injunction. Therefore, the petitioners are before this Court. 3. Now, the respondents/defendants have appeared before this Court as well as before the trial Court. Since the applications filed by the plaintiffs have not yet been disposed of, it would suffice for this Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of all the three applications filed by the plaintiffs under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. 4. Accordingly, the following order is passed: (i) The writ petition stands disposed of. (ii) The trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A. Nos.1 to 3 filed by the plaintiffs under Order XXXIX Rules 1 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14948 WP No. 1071 of 2026 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure before the end of April 2026. (iii) The interim order granted earlier is extended till the disposal of the applications. (iv) It is made clear that the trial Court shall consider the applications without being influenced by any of the observations made in the course of this order. Sd/- (H.T.
