This is an application under section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail in respect of Kachugaon P.S. Case No.25/2025. Page No.# 2/2 3. Pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 29.01.2026, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been cooperating with the investigation. 4. For this reason, the petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. 5. The Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the petitioner is allowed. 6. The interim bail granted to the petitioner Alladi Mandal @ Alladi Sarkar by this Court on 29.01.2026 is hereby made absolute. 7.
