GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.2467 OF 2020 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in appointing the 4th respondent as a cook on the strength of the non-genuine experience certificate dated 27.12.2018, pursuant to the Notification in Ref.No.A3(DD-SW)/130/2017 dated 17.12.2018. 2. On reading of the affidavit it appears that the petitioner was not appointed as a cook, whereas the 4th respondent was appointed as a cook. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 22.07.2026 to the Registry, (forms part of record), stating that the respondents have issued a fresh notification for the current recruitment and the petitioner intends to apply for the said post in the current recruitment. Hence, learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
