This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner Neorem Arun Singh @ N Arun Singh has prayed for releasing him on regular bail as he is facing trial in N.D.P.S. Case No.120 of 2024. 3. Seizure of commercial quantity of narcotic drugs is involved in this case. Charges have been framed. But no witnesses are examined yet. 4. Let the trial court examine at least 3(three) witnesses. After that, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail.
