He further submits that an original application being OA 365 of 2017 is pending before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, II Bench for the self same relief. He accordingly prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps. Such prayer is not opposed by the learned advocate for the State. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, WPA 17853 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
