The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 03.02.2026 passed by respondent no.3 by which representation of the petitioner regarding payment of outstanding amounts for construction of State Training Centre, Scout Guide Sheetlakhet, District Almora has been decided in pursuance of the order dated 23.12.2025 in WPMB No.206/2024. 2. Under Clause 65 of the agreement, there is specific provision for arbitration. 3. It seems that accordingly the claim of the petitioner was sent to the Architect under Clause 65 as the Arbitrator for examining the claims. The Architect had provided his opinion 1 2026:UHC:4852-DB on 23.01.2026 and, based on the same, the impugned order dated 03.02.2026 has been passed, by which some of the claims have been accepted while certain other have been rejected. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to dispute the findings in respect of the claims which have not been accepted. 5. In writ jurisdiction, we decline to examine the money claims and dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail such other remedy as may be advised. 6.
