The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bokaro Steel City PS Case No.19 of 2026, for offence registered under section 115(2), 118(1), 117(2),126(2),109, 303(2) read with Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at the spur of moment the incident took place and while overtaking the vehicle the altercation took place and in view of that, there was no intention to assault and that has occurred at the spur of moment. He next submits that the petitioner no.1 is a B.Tech Graduate working in I.T sector. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that this is a case of road raging. 5. Considering that at the spur of moment the incident took place and while overtaking the vehicle the altercation took place and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter, both the petitioners, above named, are, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release both the petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
