Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the order passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal dated June 11, 2025 in O.A. 238 of 2025 and submits that the petitioner challenged the transfer order before the Land Tribunal and was unsuccessful before the Tribunal. Since the dispute involved relates to service of the petitioner, the instant writ petition filed under Group-I of the classification list is not entertained. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not entertained leaving the petitioner free to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There will be no order as to costs.
