Learned State Counsel, on the basis of written instructions received from the Investigating Officer, submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the investigation has been concluded and a charge-sheet has already been submitted before the competent court against the petitioner. 4. In view of the aforesaid development, present criminal writ petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed as such. 5.
