1. Heard Mr. Himanshu Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer for respondent No.1 / State as well as Mr. Ashutosh Mishra, learned counsel for respondent No.2.
2. The petitioners have filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“1. Quash the FIR dated 10.09.2025 registered at Police Station- Sirgitti, Bilaspur, bearing Crime No. 0484/2025, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
2. That, this Hon'ble court may further be pleased to pass any other order in favor of petitioner as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh stating that in the present matter, charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioners and the same needs to be challenged further.
4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to law.
