Pursuant to the judgment dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in WA 402/2025, the marks allotted to the appellant/petitioner and respondent No.6 have been revisited and now an order has been passed on 26.05.2026 as directed by this Court. A copy of the afore-noted order has been served upon the petitioner and has also been filed across the Board. The same is taken on record. With the passing of the afore-noted order, there would be no necessity of continuing with this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands consigned. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, he may, if so deemed necessary, challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding.
