Case No.262 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 331(4)/305 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The petitioner and others are said to have committed theft of jewellery of Rs.15,00,000/- and cash of Rs.20,000/- from the house of the brother of the informant. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2025. 5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Patna High Court CR. Case No.262 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. 7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Mansoorchak Police Station, District- Begusarai, on every Sunday of the month.
