1. In this petition, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs:
"a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 forthwith to pay their pending salary since from November 2025 as per the appointment orders dated 10-07-2025 in No. RVS/Admn/641/2025-26 and No.RVS/Admn/640/2025-26 vide Annexure-G and H respectively passed by the respondent No.3 and continue to pay the future salary, granting all the consequential benefits including monetary benefits following thereon in so far as the petitioners are concerned, b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 3 to consider the representations dated 09-04-2026 vide Annexure-L and M submitted by the petitioners and the requisition dated 09-04-2026 vide Annexure-N submitted by the respondent No.2,

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 09.04.2026 at Annexure-L and M to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any
order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations,

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider the representations dated 09.04.2026 at Annexure-L and M and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
