It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant/petition that the Page No.# 2/2 respondent no.1 in the contempt petition being Cont.Cas(C) No.176/2024 has since demitted office and the present opposite party, namely, Mr. Bimal Deka, ACS, is now posted as the Managing Director of Assam Sate Warehousing Corporation (ASWC) and since the directions contained in the order dated 03.03.2023 passed in WP(C) No.5093/2022 have not been complied with as on date, the present incumbent of Assam State Warehousing Corporation is also required to be arrayed as a party. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage without issuing notice, this Interlocutory Application stands allowed and disposed of. The opposite party in the Interlocutory Application, namely, Mr. Bimal Deka, ACS, the Managing Director of Assam Sate Warehousing Corporation (ASWC) is directed to be impleaded as party respondent no.2 in the contempt petition.
