Petitioner is presently serving as Senior Assistant in the office of Block Elementary Education Office, Sadar-II, Kataula, District Mandi. The case projected by him is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station he preferred a representation on 24.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2/competent authority, seeking his transfer 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - from the aforesaid station indicating therein his domestic problems. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
