A2/ 2009/ 2024 dated 12.09.2025 pertaining to cancellation of Tender ID Nos.2025-RDTN-599570-1, 2025-RDTN-599624-1, 2025-RDTN-599628-1 and proceedings of the 6th respondent vide no Na.Ka. A2/ 4369/ 2025 dated 18.12.2025 pertaining to cancellation of the Tender ID. Nos.2025-RDTN-630360-1, and vide 2025-RDTN-630390-1, and vide No.Na.Ka. The petitioner came forward with this writ petition alleging that the tender package system is arbitrary and it bars the small contractors from taking part in the tender. 3.
