The present Writ Petition has been filed praying for quashing of the transfer order dated 09.06.2026, by which, petitioner has been transferred from Government Post Graduate College, Rudrapur to Government Post Graduate College, Lohaghat. 2. Concededly, the petitioner had remained posted at sugam place for more than 27 years. 3. After making submissions at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make representation before the official respondents. 3.
