The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 32 of 2024, registered under sections 272, 273 of I.P.C and section 47(a) of Jharkhand Excise Act, 1915 (Amendment 2015), pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co- accused persons and apprehended co-accused persons have faced trial and they have been acquitted by judgment dated 01.11.2025 which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 15 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused persons. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused persons and ( 2026:JHHC:3450 ) apprehended co-accused persons have faced trial and they have been acquitted by judgment dated 01.11.2025 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 15 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Godda, in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 32 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.10.02.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
