Alwar HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 24/03/2026 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 11/2026 registered at Police Station Govindgarh District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(2) of BNS and Section 66D of IT (Amendment) Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the applicant is a young man aged 20 years. It is submitted that the applicant is in custody ever since 11.01.2026. Learned counsel further submits that the conclusion of trial is likely to take a long time and no useful purpose would be served by keeping the applicant behind bars till disposal of the case. Investigating Officer has marked presence in the Court and has submitted that there are only two complaints registered against the accused-applicant on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (Helpline/complaint registering number-1930), which are merely to the extent of Rs. 2000/-. 4. Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that accused- applicant is a young man of 20 years; that applicant is in custody ever since 11.01.2026; that there are only two complaints registered against the accused-applicant on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (Helpline/complaint registering number- 1930), which are merely to the extent of Rs. 2000/- and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused- applicant and enlarge him/her on bail. 5. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Akram Khan S/o Shri Rahamuddin shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
