The learned counsels for the parties are present.
2. This petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite party nos.2 to 4 for their alleged willful and deliberate violation of order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 328 of 2023.
3. The learned counsel for the JPSC has submitted that the recommendation for promotion has already been made and needful has to be done by the University.
4. The learned counsel for the University has submitted that whenever the meeting of syndicate is held by the University, the matter of the petitioner will be placed. However, he submits that the
order passed by this Court is complied.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding.
6. However, the learned counsel for the Vinoba Bhave University is directed to communicate this order to the Registrar of the University to ensure that the matter of the petitioner is placed in the next meeting of the syndicate.
7. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is dismissed as not pressed.
