Rawat with Ms. Rajni Supyal, learned Counsel for respondent nos.3,4 and 5. 4. Petitioner has filed this petition on the premise that the petitioner was serving as Assistant Librarian in Govt. P.G. College, Pithoragarh. In pursuance of S.S. Jeena University Act, 2019, the said College was declared a Campus College of the newly established S.S. Jeena University, Almora. As a result, services of petitioner were regularized on 04.02.2023. 5. The grievance of petitioner is that petitioner is not being paid the benefit of salary of Pay Level-10 i.e. Rs.57,100-1,82,400/-, which, according to him, is being paid to other similarly situated Assistant Librarian in other Colleges of the respondent- University. Petitioner submits that he has moved various representations to the respondent no.3-Vice Chancellor, S.S. Jeena University and the last one was sent on 28.11.2025 (Annexure No.13). According to petitioner, the said representation is still lying undecided. He has made an innocuous prayer for a direction to respondent no.3 –Vice Chancellor of the University to decide the same within a stipulated time. 6. Learned Counsel for respondent-University do not oppose if such a relief is granted to the petitioner. 2026:UHC:4795 7. Accordingly, present writ petition is finally disposed of and respondent no.3-Vice Chancellor, S.S. Jeena University, Almora is directed to decide the representation of petitioner dated 28.11.2025 (Annexure No.13) within eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order by passing a speaking and reasoned order strictly in accordance with law. 8.
