Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents-Corporation has brought to our notice that EMD which was submitted had expired way back in the year, 2021 and the closing date as such was 06.04.2026, as per the terms of the tender notice (Annexure P- 1). It is, thus, pointed out that the documents which have even been placed on record as Annexure P-3 in the form of FDRs have been pledged to the respondents-Corporation dated 07.04.2026. It is, thus, submitted that re-tendering has been ordered. 2. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready and willing to participate in fresh tender process provided he is given an opportunity to participate on the basis of the FDs already submitted vide Annexure P-3. 2 2026:HHC:14769 3. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the grievance redressal authority who shall consider it and the petitioner need not to submit fresh security for the re-tendering process, which is stated to be fixed for tomorrow i.e. 06.05.2026. 4.
