Mr.Chilukuri Karthik, learned counsel, representing Mr. V. Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that after filing of writ petition, 2 payments have been released, therefore, cause in the writ petition does not survive and writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
