For the reasons mentioned in the aforesaid application, the same is allowed and the State of Rajasthan through Zila Parishad C.E.O., Alwar, is impleaded as respondent No.4 in the array of respondents. [2026:RJ-JP:16146] (2 of 2) [CW-6595/2026] The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the communication dated 20.02.2026 (Annexure-12) issued by respondent No.4 – CEO, Zila Parishad, Alwar, addressed to respondent No.2 – Additional Commissioner and Deputy Secretary (Second), Panchayati Raj Department, Jaipur, Rajasthan, for carrying out further proceedings in pursuance of the inquiry report. Mr. Ravi Kumar Palsaniya, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has confined his submission to the extent that the petitioner may be granted an opportunity of hearing before any action is taken by respondent No.2 in pursuance to the communication dated 20.02.2026. Taking note of the limited submission so made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without delving into the merits of the matter, respondent No.2 is directed to proceed in accordance with law in pursuance to the communication dated 20.02.2026, however, the petitioner be granted an opportunity of hearing before passing any final order.
